We operate dvstudiobooth.com and provide luxury open-air photo booth rental services for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations nationwide.

1. Our Services

DV Studio Booth provides luxury open-air photo booth rental services for events including weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Services are available in Seattle, WA and nationwide with applicable travel fees. All bookings are subject to availability and require a signed contract and retainer payment to confirm.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design elements is the property of DV Studios LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Photos taken at your event are provided for your personal use. You grant DV Studio Booth a non-exclusive license to use event photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.

3. User Representations

By using our services, you represent that: (1) you are at least 18 years of age; (2) all information you provide is accurate and complete; (3) you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement; and (4) your use of our services complies with all applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Activities
